If you truly want to release the beliefs that hold you back and experience emotional freedom, you will come face to face with shame. I certainly have—many times.
Tangled Emotions Muffle The Voice Of Your Intuition.
I’ve often felt ashamed of how vast my emotional expressions are.
There are moments where I question if I am too much, too sensitive, too deep. But why should I feel shame for something that is, in truth, a gift?
The very emotions that sometimes make me feel exposed are also the key to my intuition.
I do acknowledge my emotional depth is something to be proud of. It enriches my life in ways I never could have imagined.
How is shame showing up in your body?
- Shame doesn't just exist in the mind. It shows up in the body—such as heaviness in the chest, a sinking feeling in the gut, a heat that rises in the face.
- It contracts you, making you feel small, disconnected, and unworthy. Shame isn’t just a passing thought; it’s a full-body experience that cuts you off from yourself.
It's time to understand the healing power of grace.
So what’s the antidote to shame? Grace.
- Grace is more than just a concept—it’s a vibrational force that restores flow and reconnection.
- Where shame creates blockages, grace clears the pathways.
- Grace is the spiritual quality that dissolves self-judgment and invites healing.
Grace doesn’t require you to earn it.
You don’t have to prove yourself worthy or fix everything before it can reach you. It’s already available, waiting to be welcomed in.
The thing about grace is...
- "Grace is always there, no matter how far you think you’ve gone. The moment you invite it in, you begin to reconnect with yourself.”
How to Invite Grace Into Your Life
Other than doing the guided meditation I have provided below, here are 4 everyday tips for inviting in grace.
-
Notice Shame Without Judgment – Instead of pushing shame away, simply observe it. Awareness is the first step toward dissolving its hold.
-
Breathe and Soften – Shame makes us tense and rigid. Deep, conscious breathing helps create space for grace to flow in.
-
Speak to Yourself with Kindness – Replace harsh self-talk with words of compassion, just as you would for a dear friend.
-
Remember, You Are Never Too Far Gone – No matter what you’ve been through, grace is always within reach, ready to restore connection and healing.
Shame Limits Your Beliefs - You Are More Than Your Shame
- Shame tells you that you’re alone, broken, or not enough.
- Grace reminds you that you are whole, connected, and always capable of healing. If you’ve been carrying shame, I invite you to take a deep breath and open yourself to grace. Let it flow through you, clearing the weight you no longer need to carry.
