You know, people who seem fully themselves—not perfect, not flawless—but somehow completely at ease in their own lives. And it had me wondering about the spiritual concept of “self-actualisation”. Because, to be honest, sometimes I hear this word thrown around like it is something we should all be chasing!
I thought "self-actualisation”: sure, fancy word… but what does it actually mean?
So I started paying attention—and these 3 points I discovered enhanced the way I see life, healing, and myself.
We spend so much time trying to “fix” ourselves—our habits, our emotions, our past.
Your body, mind, emotions, and spirit stop pulling in opposite directions. Life flows from all of who you are and what is taking place inside fo you.
At its essence, self-actualisation is when your soul fully inhabits your human life.
Decisions feel natural. Energy flows instead of drains. Even small moments feel grounded, effortless, and undeniably yours. Relationships, work, daily routines—they start reflecting the real you, not a filtered version.
Your body, mind, emotions, and spirit—they’re not separate. They’re one living canvas, expressing your truth.
Check in with yourself – Ask: “Where am I already showing up as me?” Observe without judgment.
Express yourself in small ways – Speak your truth, move your body, or do something that feels authentic.
Pause before decisions – Ask: “Does this feel like me?” Tiny choices lead to bigger alignment over time.
✨ Start small. Notice what’s already present.
Your life is your canvas—and every brushstroke counts. Are you ready to be more involved in the Creation that is YOU?
This is what I guide you with inside my monthly membership the Spiritual Healing Temple—a living practice space for meeting regularly with your soul, getting to know your soul's essence intimately, and moving towards co-creating a self that is more peaceful and aligned.
