1. Why We Have This Agreement.This agreement exists to protect the sacred integrity of our healing work together. Each session represents a deep commitment — from both of us — to engage consciously with your healing and evolution. My intention is always to hold space for you with devotion, clarity, and compassion, while also honouring the energetic and practical boundaries that allow this work to remain sustainable.
2. The Time We Share Together.Sessions are 55 minutes in length. Please arrive on time — if you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so the next client’s session can begin promptly.Each session is most effective when it has a clear focus. Before we meet, please reflect on:
What is most pressing or ready to shift right now?
Is there one symptom, question, or area of your life that you’d like to explore first?
Because of the depth and intensity of this work, we cannot address every single challenge in a single session. Focusing on one or two key areas ensures your energy and mine are respected.
3. Caring for Your Appointment & What Happens if You Miss a Session. Once your appointment is scheduled, that time is held exclusivelyfor you. To create this dedicated space, I turn away many other requests for the same time. Because of this, I do not take cancellations.
If you are unable to attend you can notify me and change your session to a distant healing:
● Your session will automatically be converted to a distant healing,
● And you will receive a detailed audio reportof the work completed.
No-Show Policy:
● If you do not attend andhave not contacted me within 48 hours prior, the session will be considered missed,
● The full fee applies,
● And the session will not be converted to a distant healing.
If you are experiencing a genuine emergency or financial hardship, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a compassionate and appropriate solution together.
4. Rescheduling Your Appointment.Rescheduling can sometimes be accommodated in the calendar week of your booking. Please provide at least one week’s notice. I will do my best to accommodate your request within the same week, though this may not always be possible.
5. Concluding Ongoing Sessions Gracefully.If you are a regular ongoing client, I ask that you provide three months’ notice if you wish to conclude your sessions. This notice allows me to thoughtfully manage my schedule and open these spaces to other clients, while ensuring a conscious and supported closure to your healing process.
6. Payment & Booking Fees
Initial Consultation
● Session Fee: $245
● Booking Fee: $100
● The booking fee is deducted from your session fee on the day, provided there are no cancellations, amendments, or no shows.
● The booking fee is not refundableunder any circumstances.
Regular Sessions
● Session Fee: $195
● When booking a series of regular sessions, a booking fee equal to one full session ($195)is taken to hold your place in my calendar.
● This booking fee covers the final sessionin your series, provided:
○ There are no cancellations,
○ No no shows, and
○ No amendments outside of the policy (as outlined above).
The booking fee is not refundable or transferable.
7. When a New Entity Attachment Arrives.Some clients arrive with a new entity attachment — a spirit energy that connects to the field prior to the session. Because these entities take considerable time and energy to clear, a $60 entity fee will apply in these cases. This fee applies only to new entity attachments, not to previously old entity attachments that are part of your natural healing journey.
8. Communication & Limited Administrative Capacity.My capacity to respond to emails and administrative messages is limited. Please refer to this policy for most questions, and keep this document for your records. If you are in a personal crisis or medical emergency, please contact your GP, psychologist, or a local crisis support line (for example, Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue: 1300 22 4636).
9. My Commitment to You.My commitment is to hold you — and your healing process — with presence, care, and respect. These agreements are how I honour both your journey and my ability to serve it from a place of vitality and devotion.
