Please note a booking fee is required to secure your treatment date/s. It will be deducted from the cost of your session on the day of treatment.
In the case of a series of booking, the booking fee will be deducted from the treatment cost of your final session. Please note the booking fee is non refundable and non transferable.
The booking fee for a healing allows for a one appointment rescheduling only. Exceptions are made for extenuating circumstances.

If you decide you no longer require your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else in need.
We understand you have made an advance booking and your weekly circumstances may change. Trina has a cap on the number of clients she sees in a given calendar week. Therefore if you find you cannot make your original booking date, Trina will do her best to accommodate you at a different day or time within the same calendar week of your original booking. If this is unsuitable, Trina will move your booking to the next mutually suitable booking date she has available in her diary.
If you wish to cancel your session a notification period of 48 hours is required to avoid a cancellation fee of the full amount.
