It’s about you — the relationship you have with yourself.
In my last newsletter I talked about karma being "unlearned lessons about living the spirit of love". And I know my advice of "choose love" will have most people immediately thinking of extending more compassion, patience, or forgiveness to others. But here the thing.
As a spiritual healer for almost 3 decades, I have noticed the real karmic lesson is learning to extend those things inward.
The toughest karmic cycles don’t always come from conflict with others.
They come from the quiet, daily moments when you betray yourself such as —
That’s the karma of self-abandonment.
And it’s just as potent as any karmic relationship.
When your soul hands you the same emotional pattern again and again, it’s not always asking,
“How can I love them better?”
Sometimes it’s whispering,
“How can I finally love myself here?”
Karma isn’t always healed through compassion or forgiveness of others — sometimes it’s healed through the compassion or forgiveness of yourself.
Think of one place in your life where you feel resistance, guilt, or exhaustion.
Pause and ask yourself:
👉 “What would love look like here — toward me?”
Then do that one small thing, even if it’s just a breath of self aligned honesty or a gentle no.
That’s how you start shifting the karma within.
Presence and soul connection are at the heart of my monthly membership, The Spiritual Healing Temple.
It’s a deeply alive, spirit-inhabited practice space where we meet regularly with your spirit and soul — and where my Spirit Healer Team offers healing to release your unique blocks.
