But that’s not what karma is at all.
Karma isn’t cosmic revenge.
It’s your soul’s way of showing you what’s still unhealed.
Every time you find yourself in the same kind of argument, heartbreak, or disappointment — that’s not bad luck.
That’s karma saying:
“Here’s another chance to respond differently.”
Karma isn’t about what you did wrong — it’s unlearned lessons about living and breathing the spirit of love.
Instead, the kind of love that chooses:
Grace over rage
Peace over power games
Truth over reactivity
So if you’re living through the same story on repeat — that déjà vu feeling, that “why does this always happen to me?” moment — look closer.
The karmic cycle changes the moment you stop reacting from your wound and start responding from your wisdom.
That’s when everything changes — not because the situation disappears, but because you show up differently.
You become the version of yourself your soul is waiting for.
The one who knows they can and DOES choose differently.
Think of one area in your life that feels like a repeat — the same trigger, the same pattern, the same story.
Before reacting, pause and ask yourself:
👉 “If I chose love here — real love — what would that look like?”
Then act from that place, even if it’s in the smallest way.
That’s how karma transforms — not through punishment, but through presence.
NOTE: For most people it is not about the way they interact with others, but instead with themselves. I encourage you to ponder that. (Look out for my next newsletter in 2 weeks on Karma and your relationship with self).
Presence and soul connection are at the heart of my monthly membership, The Spiritual Healing Temple.
It’s a deeply alive, spirit-inhabited practice space where we meet regularly with your spirit and soul — and where my Spirit Healer Team offers healing to release your unique blocks.
